Services

My Approach

With a specialist certification in Women's Mental Health in addition to a Bachelor of Social Work and extensive counseling experience, I am dedicated to supporting women through the complex and often challenging experiences that can impact their mental health. My focus is on addressing gender-specific issues such as fertility and infertility, perimenopause, endometriosis, pelvic and reproductive diseases, premenstrual stress, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, pelvic pain, and hormonal imbalances. I also provide support for those navigating the emotional aftermath of perinatal loss and trauma, including miscarriage, termination, or traumatic pregnancy and delivery experiences. Understanding the broader psychosocial impacts these issues can have on women's lives, including their finances, employment, education, and relationships, is central to my approach.

I am committed to a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective, helping my clients identify their strengths and inner resources to set meaningful goals and improve their mental health and outlook. Through counseling and therapy, I build skills and strategies tailored to women in their 30s and 40s, offering programs that empower them to navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence. Additionally, I provide supervision and mentoring to emerging social workers and allied health professionals, helping them build their professional capacity, set career goals, and develop self-care strategies. If you're ready to take the next step towards a healthier, more balanced life, I invite you to reach out and discover how we can work together to achieve your goals.
